If the engineering and architectural works and facilities management service is contracted, “works contracting packages” can also be purchased. This will avoid cost increases due to contractor pass rates. This will also ensure that deadlines are respected and that economic control is carried out during construction to ensure that the pre-set budget is respected.

Technical construction audits

An audit will be carried out on a regular period to assess how much progress has been made and how far we still have to go to achieve the final objectives. It will also establish what the new goals are and what mistakes have been made so far in order to solve them as soon as possible.

The audit will be carried out in a technical, systematic and objective way in order to deal with infrastructure projects.
